I love their chicken and fries when its fresh, and someone recommended the fish to me among other entrees, but the customer service is not so good...whomever answers the phone or even waits on you have tendencies to get attitudes or acts as thought they dont no the meaning of customer service, parking is horrible so is the location and the overall building itself is ran down ( it used to be church's chicken years ago!) Other than that it's cool...

The food is good but the customer service is horrible I had to call three times before they answer the phone she sound like she was tired when she answer. They just need better cashier.

Horrible place, nasty Food and Horrible customer service. I would never give them my business nor my money!

The chicken is so good. But the customer service is so stupid pathetic. They need to train their cashiers on phone etiquettes!!! As much as we love Jays chicken...we'll never be eating there again. We'd rather take our large orders to Lufti's or fish city. It doesnt matter how good the food is, period...unless itz coupled with good customer service skills. Who wants a smart mouth waiter serving them food.!? If you dont mind talkin to me crazy...you'll probably spit in my food before you give it to me. And the complaint number doesnt even work. I tried calling it 3 times while standing inside. They used to be a friendly establishment... Thats why my grandmother loved calling her order in to them right down the street. Idk whats happened to them, now. I'd advise #against ordering from here, unless you enjoy being served by a disrespectful, bad mouth, amazon, light bright, hoodrat. Then be my guest...because the chicken IS awesome outside of the service. But do be aware.

Fish was overcooked..... Cole slaw tasted expired! Never again... This is not the first time either

It has the best chicken and fish
