VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE &PROFESSIONAL. NO ISSUES AT ALL. WENT TO WORK IMMEDIATELY WITH A HYDRAULIC CYLINDER I HAD DESTROYED. GENTLEMAN HAD ALL PARTS I NEEDED EXCEPT ONE. HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND CALLED OTHER BUSINESSES UNTIL HE FOUND THE PART I NEEDED. CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW SATISFIED I WAS WITH HIS PROFESSIONALISM. IN AND OUT IN 1/2 HOUR!!

My husband took his truck out there 2 weeks ago to have the hydraulic cylinder fixed. Before going out there he spoke with the owner who told him it would be a 3 day job, so my husband takes it out there, and well it now been 2 weeks. Everyday it’s been “tomorrow at noon”.... today my husband calls and finally ask the owner why it has taken this long to fix, my husband is losing out in money while waiting for them to fix his truck. The owner tells him that he had some men “out sick” and he can’t work on it without his men. Then they were needing and waiting on a forklift. They could not lift the hydraulic cylinder without a forklift. My husband told the owner he trusted them to fulfil their promise, which they have failed. The owner gets upset and curses at him and then hangs up on my husband. So my husband goes out there and ask him face to face if this was the way he runs a business, if so he needed his keys and he will take it elsewhere. The owner got in my husbands face and says, “fuck you” and curses again at my husband. I have recorded videos of this. The owner was trying to tempt my husband into hitting him. My husband will never call this “business” again.

Went over and beyond with helping me diagnose some cylinder issues. I’ll be using them for all my repairs.

Took my old tractor cylinders there after I broke the rods getting alittle crazy digging out some rock. They gave me a price for the new rods and said it would take a few days. Sure enough they gave me a call two days later and didnt change the price. They have been working great ever since.

They were very good with promises. They were awful with fulfilling those promises. Five o'clock this afternoon turned into noon the next day. Noon the next day turned into mid-afternoon. With no apologies or explanations. At mid afternoon (3:00) I called again to see if my part was completed, I was told no and that it would be some time tomorrow. At that point I realized that I had picked the wrong business to support. I drove to their location, picked up the my old parts, and left. As far as I could see, they had not started on my project yet. Very disappointing. Bad customer service. The guy I talked to on the phone (after it was 22 hours behind schedule) acted like he was annoyed by me rather than appreciative of the business that I was providing them.
