I own two rural grocery stores and started using Liberty Fruit about a year and a half ago. I had been very happy with selection, pricing and service. My delivery driver has become a friend as well as a source for information on product quality. But this May a new CEO was hired. Being from the east coast he has absolutely zero knowledge of the hardships of rural people and their access to quality food. He also has no knowledge of customer relations and service. I received a call out of the blue from my representative, whom I had never met, telling me my route was discontinued effective immediately. Just like that my ability to serve my rural area fresh fruits and vegetables was cut off with no prior warning and no opportunity to make other connections before it ended. This could very well close my stores and leave a food desert in its wake. Mr. Packer, CEO of Liberty Fruit, you sir are what is wrong with American business today.

Wonderful company. Mike Logan was very knowledable and Professional. I would highly recommend this company. I think the other reviewer was a disgruntled employee.
