I loved working with Paisano's! So many of these auto shops have crazy overhead and they pass those costs onto the customer. I really appreciate that Paisano's is a simple, no-frills shop. The owner even let me negotiate the price of a vehicle down. This place is definitely a hidden gem in the industrial area of KCK, I made sure to bring my husband just because I'd never been to the area and wasn't sure where I was going. But the owner and all the employees were extremely helpful and honest. Before purchasing the car, I did a Carfax report on it and everything Paisano's told me about the car was backed up completely by the Carfax. I love supporting the local, smaller, family-operated businesses. Definitely a great place that I'll be recommending to family and friends.

This place has always provided nice quality work. Everyone is friendly and I don't get overcharged.

Charged 5-times what they quoted and then told that they didn't have time to "argue." Will never take my business there again. Get everything in writing which is the LAW in Kansas.

People here are always so friendly. They fixed my car right away and didn't charged me anything crazy. I always recommend this place.

Since the owners are not there most all the time the people in charge don't know how to run the place.4 times to fix the same problem and still is not fixed
