I have been looking for a company who will service my mom’s secondhand power wheelchair at her home, as she is unable to bring it anywhere. So glad I found Rainbow. Robert, the owner, was great to deal with, and Joe the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to get the wheelchair working right away. We will continue to use this company due to their excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and quality work.

I needed a Cam walking boot for my son ASAP and as soon as I spoke with Robert, I knew we were in excellent hands! Robert even made a house call to fit my son for the boot free of charge! Robert also provided something that seems to be SO hard to come across these days...outstanding customer service! Hopefully we won't constantly need his services, yet if we do, he's stored in my phone contacts & I would refer him without hesitation!

Robert, the owner, will go out of his way to assist you in what you need. CVS recommended this store when they didn't have what I needed. I am glad they did! The best customer service and lots of supplies that are hard to find.
