When it come to international delivering package, I do not how they handle package. My package always seem to lost or hold it for for a month. When I track it on the site until 1 or two month , this is what i see.. ( Your item departed our USPS facility in ------------------------------------------at 6:37 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.)

I have no idea they are so careless on their resposibility. this is not my first time.

My tax returns were sent to this location. I went there to put in change of address in days before it was scheduled to be mailed out. They Refused to hold it when it arrived, or help me to track it. I have not lived at the address it was going to in two years. Talk about lazy people.

This review is for the distribution center in Kansas City, KS 66106. I have a package that was shipped to me 2-Day Priority that has been looping their automated system for 5 days now, over a week since it was to be delivered. What I found out: To get your package file a case at usps.com for locating your package. Call your local post office and have them contact a supervisor at the other post office to manually process your package or you will be waiting an eternity for your items. This seems to be a common problem at this specific distribution center with packages looping in the system and not getting delivered.

I was supposed to get my package a week ago, but instead it's just been sitting at this post office. No one ever answers the phone. At this rate I may have to drive over there just to pick it up.



EDIT: It is now June 27th and my package has been stuck here for 12 days and now they "can't find it".

Yes Usps definitely BS.Man I had a Christmas present I ordered online .It was picked up on the 17th was supposed to be delivered on the 21st.Finally after Days It finally showed up in. Kansas City Missouri 64121. I was waiting for it to be shipped to me and Those dumb a's sent it back to Kansas City Kansas 66106 .No I probably won't get this Christmas present until Monday the28. My question is is how many millions of dollars this Christmas did the US Postal Service rip people off by offering them 2 to 3 days service and it's taken two weeks for them to get their stuff.

Same old story. Package mailed out on the 17th, stuck at this office since the 18th. I called the 800 number, waited over an hour, and a service issue was raised. Finally at the end of the day I get an update. Still no package and it was supposed to arrive yesterday. I can only hope it arrives tomorrow, but the outlook is bleak at best.

Been waiting for my package. Was suppose to get it 2 days ago and it's a Christmas present. I keep checking online for updates and it still has not moved from this post office. It has been there for 8 days! No update what so ever. And when you call the only thing they say is that whatever the status is online is the only thing they can tell us.

I ordered something for a customer that was shipped from my distributor in MO. It went out on Dec 18,2015 and arrived at the Kansas City KS 66106 facility on Dec 18. I paid for 2 day service and it was supposed to be delivered Monday Dec 21. I haven't seen it. I lost the sale and now I'll have a $300 part that I can't return because of the incompetence at this facility. On a scale of 1 - 10, I'd give them a -10x10 score. Even UPS is better at get their crap together and can track better than USPS. My local PO said they can only get the same info that I can get online. This is some real crap. Maybe they need to go out of business altogether.

I have ordered merchandise through eBay and I checked my tracking number and never received my package it says that it was delivered, maybe to wrong address.

If I could give a negative number I would. I paid for 2 day priority mail and the tracking information still it sitting in the facility. Now I'm told I have to wait 5 days!!!! I was on hold for over an hour .

Less than 1 star if possible. Stamps I ordered online from USPS are sitting in KC, KS

66106 zip for 7 days now. Supposed to be 2-day priority shipping. Not going to see those stamps in time for Christmas cards I'm sure.

I'm out of St. Louis and have been tracking a package that's apparently been sitting in the KC post office. This package is nearly a week late from when it was supposed to be delivered. Someone was supposed to call me back to see what's what with my package but I've yet to hear anything. It's really annoying!!!

This is absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE. I paid for the 3 day priority express for my package to be delivered on Monday. It is still sitting at this particular post office and not in Tallahassee, Florida where it belongs. My package is extremely time sensitive material. I could've sent it regular mail and gotten the same dang result.

If the USPS would return to the service standards it once had and reopen this station with carriers leaving from it and not another location several miles away the service wouldn't be this bad. The USPS as an organization needs to care about its own service standards and stop cutting jobs. Research the reason they are "losing jobs" and don't depend on the media to do it for you.

Terrible service, I paid for 3 day shipping and it has sat here for 2 days now and no movement.

What is going on at this post office? I pay for second day delivery, and it sits here for two days now and counting! Where is my package?
