I lived here for 9 months before finally breaking my lease. Not only is there an incredibly extensive roach and bed bug problem, but maintenance is nonexistent!! My building went the entire month of November with no hot water because the hot water heater was broken and they waited the entire month before replacing it.

They say they do monthly bug spraying to handle the roach problem, but what they don't tell you is they only spray apartments that have requested the monthly treatment. Meaning everyone else is harboring and respreading the roaches.. they are literally INFESTED. On top of that I had to leave behind ALL my fabric furniture because it was crawling with bed bugs.

The place is disgusting, the maintenance sucks, and the office staff is rude. But, the place is cheap and you get what you pay for.
