Founded on the merit shop philosophy, ABC helps our members win work, and deliver that work safely, ethically, and profitably to the betterment of the communities in which ABC and its members work. ABC Heart of America's craft education classes are based on a modular curriculum and are taught in two to four year programs. We offer training for entry-level carpentry, plumbing, electrical, pipefitting, and more. We also provide training to help develop leadership skills for those looking to be supervisors, managers, and foremen. Our classes are registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training, and the Veterans Administration.
