Me and my girlfriend arrived a hour early and walked around before our ride it started to rain and they called and said they were canceling all the rides for the night even though 15 mins later it stopped, they asked if I wanted to reschedule or cancel I told them I live far away and it's hard for me to get down here due to my schedule, I was told they would give me a refund after they to 40% of the price of my ticket after they canceled and now I'm out of money I'm a disabled army vet on a fixed I come and the screwed my romantic evening I won't be back thanks for a horrible experience

Nice smooth ride.

The ride itself and the people running it were fantastic! Very friendly, efficient and made sure we were safe and having a good time! Very pleased with the overall experience.

My only criticism would be the trash in the water but that’s not the fault of the Gondola people.

It was our first time for my husband and I. First I didn’t think 25 mins. Was long enough but actually it was perfect! Chris and the guys up front were so nice and sweet! We will definitely do this again!

My wife and I had a great time! This was our first time doing a gondola ride at the Plaza, Kansas City. It was a romantic time, and a truly wonderful experience. We only wish that the time and/or the distance the gondolas ho could be extended. Overall, a terrific experience, and our gondolier Max, was professional and very courteous. We will be back to do it again soon!

Nice experience. Expected to see more than we did (distance) and while the ride was the length described I definitely wouldn't pay to do it again (pricey for what you get).

I need to speak with the person in charge of appointments. I have asked about changing the date two different times. The plans that we have made have been changed again. I would like to keep the appointment for this Friday at 8. Sorry for all of the confusion with this appointment.

Great customer service

Max was great, really wish the city would clean the Creek, they are really cheating you, and stifling your income. I would've paid for another ride had it not been for the trash. You all were great tho!

Absolutely loved this experience! Oscar was a fantastic gentleman!

Very romantic premise, the execution might need a little bit of work. Mainly that the path taken by the gondola takes you under bridges that are usually populated by the homeless. Kind of put a damper on what would have been an otherwise wonderful experience.
