- The National and State Polygraph Associations indicate a polygraph examiner's professionalism and most importantly their commitment to continued education requirements. This is often overlooked when considering a polygraph examination. The price of an examination is most often the reflection of the examiner's education, training, experience and the commitment to professional membership affiliations. Robert Riggs has held Association leadership positions such as; Vice President, President and Chairman of the Board. He currently serves the State of Missouri as the Treasurer with the Missouri Polygraph Association and on the Committee of Professional Standards. He is a member of the Kansas Polygraph Association and recognized with the designation of Advanced and Specialized Certification with the American Polygraph Association. He is certified as a Forensic Certified Polygraph Examiner with the American Association of Police Polygraph. He has administered approximately 8000 polygraph examinations.
