Saw a dog running loose north of the river close to a busy road. Called 311 and got animal control. They were very professional and said they would get someone out there. Had me hold while they talked to dispatch. Called me back when they were in the neighborhood. Very pleased with their response. Don't know what the result was, but they were very responsive.

KC Animal Control--Worst department EVER!! They don't know nor care about animals. They are lazy and do nothing for animals in serious need. Sit on their a$$es in their trucks all day. Fire them all and get people that care. Our mayor should have done something about this dept. LONG AGO
