i have lived at the appletree/enclave apartments for 4 years and it was a great place to live when we first moved in. the original owners sold appletree and it has gone through several new management.. the maintenance isnt as quick as they say. i have been calling the office many times so that they could come fix the problem with my stove. they never answer the phone, they dont call back. it just became a struggle dealing with them. this place has just gone down. the only reason i stayed here so long was because i couldnt move out since i didnt have a good job.. worse place to live. washer went out in my building and they didnt get it fix till almost 4 weeks later. and the bottom floor flooded. they towed my car that i have been tryin ti get running. if your looking for a good place to live, DONT MOVE HERE!!!

in 2008 my mother and I lived there the building was 3513 Ne72nd st they had break ins our apartment flooded and the had drug addicts running amuck the landlady Mrs. Tina jackson spread alot of rumors against my mother and I and i;;igally removed me from the lease when I stayed two weeks at my friends and she called the police on me when I tried to talk with her about the matter and she had people sneaking in to there that were told to leave but she said it was the safest place in gladstone if it was sooo safe then why was I shot in my own apartment that she said was the best tenant there andhis name was otis grant byrd jr and why did we have a cockroach infestation when we moved in and why did our upstairs neighbor break in through our balcany door

She is the worst behaved adult in any type of business I have ever seen! I rented 3519 NE 72 street apt 55 in 2006! the worst year that winter and we had no heat.. Several units moved out because of this.. I would not even give her one star hotels are better than this place. But in order to leave the truth you have to click on one star!
