The oven at the house I had just bought did not work, and Old Republic Home Warranty referred me to Shawn. He was very nice, was able to schedule me in in a timely fashion, showed up on time. He was able to identify the problem and told me he would handle dealing with the Home Warranty people for me. He called me back saying that they had approved repairs and that he ordered the part for me. Once the part got in, he called, scheduled an appointment, came out and now my oven works like new! I had lots of questions and he answered them all, he was never disrespectful. I would definitely recommend him.

Don't use them. The dispatcher was cold and abrupt. The technician they sent was discourteous. My dishwasher was not working and I was forced to use them by a homeowner warranty company. They made it clear they were working for the warranty company only and I was not the customer. The warranty company refused the honor the claim so Assured Appliances left me high and dry. They removed the filter from the dishwasher rendering it totally useless and left the mess on the kitchen counter. They did not contact me about repairing it after they tore it apart since apparently their only interest is in making the warranty company happy. I am sure the warranty comany would give them 5 stars but I would advise unimportant homeowners like me to steer clear.

I just called to see if they could repair my oven and they told me that my home was not in their service area. Rather than not helping me they called me back with a service provider in my area who was really good and reasonable. Thanks for the help!

We had a coupon that made the service call very cheap. He identified the problem fast, ordered the part, and had the oven fixed within days. We've recommended him to others and they've also been impressed.
