This place is the worse. Just because apartments are old don't mean they can't be nice. Nothing is updated, appliances are from the 70's and it took over 4 weeks and several phone calls to get my dishwasher replaced when they said it would be a week and repairs that are done are poorly done. Apartment was not ready, still dirty and when maintenance came to fix things, 4 out of 5 times had to call them back to do job correctly. Apartment management was no not any better. My lease was a 6 months, thank god no longer because this has been the worse place I have ever lived.

To sum it up in a couple of words, they are the definition of SLUMLORDS!!!

Don't let them fool you, you will be sorry

This place is horrendous. The "managers" are lazy, and they lie. I heard lie after lie from one of the girls, who said Corporate had been notified of my apartment flood,(that was caused by the upstairs neighbor) and that they were in contact. Then proceeded to find out from another person @ Corporate who said they were unaware of my situation. I do not suggest this apartment whatsoever.
