I went to this salon to get my hair dyed red and it came out black. I should have checked reviews before going there; unfortunately it only occurred to me to check afterwards. Turns out I am not the first person this has happened to!



While the people weren't rude to me the way they were to Alaina below, they also weren't very helpful. If a hairstylist screws up your hair, she should work hard to fix it, and quickly. Instead, I was told to drive all the way to the other side of the city to find a stylist at another Beauty Brands who would fix my black hair and make it red again. That woman did a good job and I might go back to her. But I will never go back to the Liberty Beauty Brands.

I went here to get my hair dyed red, i showed the stylist a picture of what i wanted, and she said she could do it, once i was done, my hair was black instead of red. I asked them nicely if they could please fix it, and they were extremely rude, and didnt treat me with any respect. They put me with a diffrent stylist (Amanda) who was very rude, and was very rough with my hair. When she was done my hair looked the exact same. I will never go here again, and I willl be sure to tell everyone i know not to go here either.
