Provided by YP.comSo... what are you going to do about your LACK of pest control? Seriously, (as a tenant BEFORE you MIS-management), I ask as I am overrun (granted NOT by your control, however lack of action) what are you going to do?
Any previous complaints have been met with bullshit excuses of "I have over 40 properties to maintain..." maybe, (just maybe) you NEED to live in the "real world"?

Provided by YP.comCeltic Property Management just bought out my apartment complex and there was a maintenance issue with the apartment above me. They had to come into my apartment to access and fix the issue with the above apartment and their contractor tracked sheetrock and putty all over my apartment and ruined and broke several things in my apartment. And, upon photo evidence and complaint, the management company apologized but refused to pay for any of the damages, leaving me to scrub up the mess everywhere and replace my broken items.

Provided by YP.comThank you, Katie Vick and Celtic Property Management, for taking care of the maintenance issues and making The Highland a very nice place to live again! I'm so much happier when it's time to do laundry. The building feels safer, as well, with all the lighting up to full speed. Thank you, thank you!!

Provided by YPmobileHi. I moved from Texas where I enjoyed A large home. I really felt like I would be disappointed living in an apartment. However I am pleasantly surprised. All maintenance issues are dealt with quickly. Also here at Randall Court there are washer and dryers on every floor. It is easy and these units are affordable. Although the best way to reach a manager is through text or email; it is because they are outside on the property. Rent here and feel at home!

Provided by YPmobileDo not rent from Celtic! Especially four fountains this is the apartments that had the drug related shooting that the guy died! You would think that being the case security would be for the tenants but it is four the office help because they seem to want to call people racial slurs and target certain people. Spend you housing budget

Provided by YP.comLived in a basement property handled by Celtic for three years. The apartment had so many issues with leaking water that I probably can't address them all: clogged drain in the utility closet that destroyed the hallway carpet, water leaking from the ceiling above the toilet, and then water leaking all over the carpet in the bedrooms. These problems were never rectified fully by maintenance so they continued to reoccur over the last year of our residence. If you're lucky enough to get maintenance to come out, they most likely don't know what's going on or they send a new person every day. Our air was out once in the middle of August and it took them a week to fix it. They never replaced the destroyed carpet over the course of a year either.
The staff at the office is even worse. They screwed up the terms of our lease two years in a row and tried to delete the final month which we were signed for. They seemed to have a high overturn in office employees, particularly in management. Don't expect to get to talk to the manager if you have a problem either; the staff will lie and divert you for weeks. One manager was in a meeting for three days in a row until I got very upset with the secretary.
In general, not a very good place to rent from. If you had a new apartment with no problems, it might not be an issue, but any older properties will be a mess with Celtic. Don't expect repairs done in a timely or correct manner. Their high levels of rent do not match up with their services.

Provided by YP.comMy girlfriend and I recently moved out of The Alpine, one of Celtic's properties off 40th and McGee. The apartment had a few problems. First, there were bugs. The lease states quarterly pest treatments are to be completed by the property managers. In one year, the term of the lease, only TWO treatments were done. This was after making persistent phone calls to the management office and asking to speak with the property manager, Cassy. In addition, the parking lot in the back was NEVER shoveled or snow plowed, making it nearly impossible, if not completely impossible, to move your car out of the back parking lot. However, the WORST thing occurred after moving out. Our lease was 17 pages long, and we read through it and signed it. However, only ONE day after the management was supposed to do a final walk through, I received notification that i owed $259 for cleaning charges and replacing a single plastic blind in the apartment and removing one bag of trash. The one bag of trash cost $30 and the blind replacement cost was $100 ($80 for the blind and $20 for replacement). Through email correspondence, it was brought to my attention that "in the lease," that was supposedly 20+ pages, there was a "charge list" included, sharing the costs of what the tenant would be responsible for if the premise was left in poor condition beyond normal wear and tear. The lease states the tenant is responsible for "reasonable charges." is $30 PER BAG of trash reasonable? Is $100 for ONE PLASTIC blind reasonable? Is the property management not following through with the pest control treatments reasonable?? I think not! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent from this group of individuals. They are ONLY out to get your money.

Provided by YPmobileCeltic property management is a horrible place to rent from. I don't know where to begin, roaches, maintenance issues not being addressed, rude staff, etc.. I have lived there for years and the issues started when they took over, the only person who knew anything in that office was Suzanne and she isn't there anymore they've replaced her with some bimbo who knows nothing. The owners Todd abd Hunter cant even answer questions they know nothing also. They have a huge turn over rate which doesn't say much about their company. My lease is up soon and as much as I hate moving it will be worth it.
