I would not call this company if my house looked like a rain forest full of critters. Showed up late. When I told him I had not heard the squirrels in the attic for a few days he told me he could do nothing then. When I asked if he would look anyway he refused. He then told me I owed him $85 for a service charge. Figuring I would deal with that later I handed him my credit card and asked for a receipt. He scanned the card and told me it was declined. Then I paid with my debit card. I called my credit card company and they told me vendors do this all the time. They cancel credit cards as soon as they swipe and then tell the customer they are declined and ask for another form of payment so they can avoid the credit card fee. Seems like criminal behavior to me...at the very least untrustworthy. Then the man has the nerve to tell me if I needed him to come back out to call back... For what? To get scammed again? Home owners beware of this very bad Critter Catcher!

Do not use. I beginning to think this guy is a swindler. Minimal effort to collect a $100 trip charge. Don't be swindled!

He came out quickly but was not able to identify the point of entry. I agreed to his service call price on the phone and reluctantly paid it. I expected more service than he provided. Make sure your expectations are clear before committing to the visit.

I acutally wouldn't even give this service one star, as they hung up on me when I called for some help with a racoon situation. Instead I started getting a lecture and then he hung up.

Our employees try to advise and help prevent future problems. When the customer's solution is to kill the animal, and curse at our employees, the conversation is over.

We were naive enough to pay $180 up front and got no service. Shame on us. He put bait in the trap when he set it and sent someone back once to bait it. Never caught the critter and no refund. Will not call this service again nor would we recommend that you call him either.

We have a flat rate service and charge per trip, not per animal. We made 3 trips and only charged for 2 and customer was not cooperative with us and our attempts to capture this animal. If the customer is not cooperative in repairing and removing the attraction for the animal, we find it hard to help them.
