Spoke with a person at their after hours dispatch. Told me that the mechanic was on his way and that he would call me soon. The mechanic finally called after 3 hours to say they didn't have the right tire, told me "good luck," and hung up on me. The dispatch had poor communication with the mechanic and did not have any knowledge of tires. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
