The beds were very uncomfortable. You had to sleep in the middle or you would gravitate off the bed. There was absolutely NO hot water at 7A. Cob webs on the lamps. Terrible AC. Couldn't get the room cooled down. Breakfast had no variety. Parking was a not good. You has to park in the back of the motel where no one could see your car. It's not a good neighborhood.

The room was adequate for the short stay we had in Kansas City. The Continental Breakfast was very good. Management was very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The property is quite dated, but it appeared that some upgrading was being accomplished.

The actual hotel was quite nice. The room reminded me of a Holiday Inn Express.
