Em Chamas is a Brazilian grill. Go when you are hungry, as they offer a large selection of hot and cold dishes, both traditional and American. Take small portions of this food, so you can save room for the rodizio portion. When you are ready, servers will stop by with up to 16 different grilled meats and offer you a slice or piece. You can take a small piece or larger, as you wish. If you want to try the same meat again, you have only to ask. Food is excellent, staff is friendly, and it overall is a unique experience. It is worth the money for special occasions.

Meat servers roam the dining area, carving off your choice of lamb, beef, pork and roast chicken from large skewers. The buffet is excellent though some crowded on Friday and Saturday evenings. This is true Argentinian fare. My only complaint would be that I rather not have my main course being carried around a city block of people before it comes my way but still all is done with an awareness to cleanliness, the knife never touching the plate as the meat drops onto it. All in all an excellent meal but some pricey.
