Family Class: The Family class is great for kids, but parents can join in as well. This class accommodate all ages. You can start any time. Everyone learns at their own pace. Fun, casual, non-violent atmosphere. Sundays 12pm - 1pm. Family class is $40/month for the first family member plus $20/month for each additional member. Adult Class: Focus on perfecting forms and pairing up to learn self-defense moves. Tuesdays 9pm - 10pm. Adult class is $50/month. Add the Sparring class to your schedule for only $15/month. Sparring Class: Teens & adults learn the basics of tournament sparring. Safety equipment is needed for this class. Fridays at 6:30pm. The Sparring class runs on the City In Motion schedule and is $90 per 9-week semester. No drop-ins!
