Other review is stupid... Don't go into a place 10 mins before close.. That goes for any store.. It's just common courtesy... The old adage of treat others they way you want to be treated.. They are people too not robots and any person that works for a living knows what's its like to get toward the end of your shift and how much you want to go home on time and then getting delayed and how frustrating it is.. It's just plain rude to walk into a place mins before close and expect the service to be all rainbows and unicorns... You get what you give don't be a jackass...

On another note the food is great!!! Some of the best subs in and around KC and the service is great!! I'm greeted when I walk through the door, my food is brought to me timely and I've never had an order come up wrong! Great place 5 stars!

Been there 3 times to eat in the restaurant and the staff must start the closing process at 830 even though they don't close till 9, I have been there 2 times that if someone comes in at 845 the staff will throw pans around a be downright surly! The last straw was when a female on the line said GODDAMMIT! When some customers came in the door at 10 till 9! Food is good but not worth the bad vibes some of the staff are putting out. A word to the owner, you might want to makr them time out at 930 regardless of if they are done to avoid customers being trampled by the nightshift!
