Provided by YP.comI was given an estimate for repair work. I was called and told that the vehicle was ready. When I picked up the vehicle, the price was $100 over the estimate. When I asked why it was more than what I agreed to, the man told me that they had to replace an additional part. I was never called about it and I did not agree to it. He was upset when I called him a rip-off, but if that is not a rip-off, then I don't what is. When you give someone an estimate and the total is going to be over that estimate, the courteous, responsible, and obvious thing to do is pick up the phone and inform the customer.
