What is it about these women that manage these properties? What is making them so angry and rude? Besides the talk around North KC and the reviews, my granddaughter has had contact with "Rosy"/Rosalina". Very nice when she was showing the unit. Horrible, rude and insulting when it came time to pick up the keys. It's a good thing I wasn't there. Can someone tell me who the property owner is? I would like to file an official complaint. There is no need to be sarcastic, rude and down right hateful. And hangup on us, when we tried to talk to her about getting the keys to the apartment. She just kept saying, if you are not here by 5:30 too bad. We were treated like scum. Of course that sets the pattern on how she will be treated as a resident.

What a dump! Maintenance is very slow and they do not repair correctly anything. They rig stuff together and call it good. I believe this place does the minimum for passing inspection. A example is them using the wrong paint in the bathroom as I have mold problem by the shower due to using the wrong pain in the bathroom. My dishwasher has never been usable, first it was the fire hazard repair on the plug then it was the death smell it projects if you run it. It is extremely over priced! Poorly insulated so prepare for a over $200 a month electric bill for a small two bedroom but the place will still be cold at night. The Heater and hot water tank is older than me. The thermostat is off by 10 degrees so it is colder in here then the thermostat states. Please never rent here it seems nice in the office and staff is decent the first few months but they generally do not care. They do not even deserve one star!

8f the buisness is so awful find another job on your off time and move regardless of the wages she's arguementative and needs a councilor and some majore anger mannagement skills not to mention a little common courtessy if someones lives there don't show another person the tenants apartment

Krista is the office manager in the leasing office @ French Quarter Apts KCMO. She is beyond nasty, rude, argumenative, and hasn't a tactful bone in her body. It's almost as if her life is soo awful she takes it out on her current/would be tenants. I was shown an apt apt to rent,.. and upon moving in, realized that the apartment shown was not the apt that I was moving into. I wasn't allowed to see the apt because someone resided there still. The apt I was shown had a storage unit. a seperate bathroom from the bedroom. Had a DOOR on the bathroom. And when all this was mentioned upon NOT wanting to take this unit, she pretty much she said " too bad, so sad, move in or were gonna garnish your wages. If I wasn't stuck in a contract with this horrible company I would litterally move as far away from it as possible. Krista should be fired. Shes not a people person & unfortunatley for me is in a position of power to help or not help people. She acts like the world is out to get her.
