No customer service, very sneaky sales men, will sell any car as long as it makes them money, they do not care about you after you sign the paper, they will hide or do not disclose anything wrong about the car.

Provided by YP.comI wouldn't waste my time with this dealership. The salesmen are shady and pushy. I was lied to by one of the salesmen. I wouldn't recommend anyone work with this dealer

Provided by YP.comI took my 2012 Focus in for service. I was having a grinding/rattling noise when it shifted between 1st and 2nd, and 2nd and 3rd. They wouldn't give me a loaner because i was 24. I have taken my car to another dealership and they were able to provide me a loaner. They had my car for 2 days and then decided to tell me the noise was normal. When I argued that it wasn't making that noise when I bought the car then it took 5 of them to tell me it was normal. I then took it to Northtowne Lincoln who informed me that the noise was not normal and they were able to fix it. If you need service on your car I highly recommend taking it to another dealership.

Provided by YPmobileI had been to 2 other ford dealerships and got the normal BS. But Gary Crossley Ford my salesman Kurt took the time to find out what I really need. After I bought the truck the owners even helped me with a problem I had on a car I didn't buy from them. They have good people up there

Provided by YP.comYou do not want to buy from this dealership. They completely forget about you after the sale. Their staff is young and inmature, even the General Manager Todd Crossley. They have sold be a brand new vehicle which had previous scratches and such on it, and I did not notice it until I detailed the car. That is right, I detailed the car not them, which they are suppose to do. Now they will not let me reverse the deal or get into a new car. This car I bought is not new.
The thing that bothers me most, is Todd Crossley who was very involved in selling me the car........Now will not even answer my calls. Three messages left for him and he did not return any of them. Their Aftermarket Manager Drew Gill is an idiot. He does not call as promised, orders the wrong parts for your car and just let's anyone drive your car off of the lot for aftermarket work. When in fact he lies and says that your car is staying there. However when I drove up to spot check them. My car was no where to be found.
Now I am stuck with a Used Car for a New Price and have 72 months to pay for it!!! These people suck!!! Oh and by the way, don't try and speak to Gary Crossley himself, because he will tell you he hires people to handle these sort of things.
I have been going through alot of stress over the last two weeks and it is all due to them. Don't buy from these ripoffs.
