This is an equisit gym with top of the line machines and great staff. I really like it here.

Gold's Gym (Boardwalk) - Kansas City is the worst business I have ever come in contact with. My fiancé and I cancelled our memberships with Aspen (before they took over!) when we were moving. We were told (by the GM) that they only needed one proof of relocation for the both of us. Here I am 4 months later, still being charged. I called and the GM told me I should be getting my money back because there is a miscommunication. Chris (manager) calls and said that my account will be cancelled now (4 months later) and I will be charged one more time and the General Manager was wrong! EXCUSE ME! How does a "GM" have less control over a situation than a "Manager". I have proof of my cancellation (doesn't matter) and they aren't doing anything about it. I have threated to take them to court and the manager just says "oh well I am sorry to hear that" POINT OBVIOUSLY BEING: I NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH GOLD'S GYM!!!! I SHOULD NOT BE GETTING CHARGED ANYTHING (especially when we call corporate and they can't find me in their system!) DO NOT GO TO GOLD'S GYM OR AT LEAST DON'T SIGN A MEMBERSHIP. It is the biggest joke and I can't even express how rude Chris (manager) is on the phone with me! I am not stupid, yes I am a female, but I am not stupid and know exactly what I am talking about!



I ONLY GAVE A RATING BECAUSE IT MAKES YOU BUT IF I COULD I WOULDN'T RATE THIS GYM AT ALL! IT IS A JOKE!
