I have used Jade Alarm for my retail clothing store for years. I have always been very pleased with their service. When I hit the 'panic button' police were immediately dispatched and were there in two to three minutes. When I had a movement alarm, they called me right away. Since the perimeter had not been breached, I decided against dispatching the police. Turned out that I had left balloons that had triggered the alarm. Any time I have needed to have a repairman to check out something on the system, they sent someone out in a very timely manner. I will never switch from using Jade Alarm.

Jade Alarm Co. takes seriously any reported lack of courtesy by our personnel, whether on the jobsite or in a vehicle. We require our personnel to be courteous and professional at all times. Each Jade Alarm Co. service vehicle is numbered, our phone number is boldly displayed, and we incorporate GPS tracking of the vehicle. I would PERSONALLY appreciate if an incident did occur, you contacting our office, ask for me and tell me the day, time, location and a description of the particular incident. We will investigate your report and take appropriate action.

I can't in good conscious rate this company any lower than the previous reviewer because I am not a customer and cannot speak to the way that they conduct business with their customers. However, while driving to work this morning in the snow I was cut off rudely by a driver of one of the Jade Alarm trucks. If I were to make a suggestion, I would say that if you are going to brand all your vehicles with "Integrity," suggest to your drivers that they drive with courtesy.

Excellent Company. Locally Operated and it shows. They really care about you and go out of their way to make sure your needs are taken care of. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
