they are very rude and nasty no respect at all they keep you deposit and never send you any thing in the mail at all telling you were your money went . and they have mold two

This management is the worst. They bait and switch you. You leave a deposit for a particular unit, give notice at your old address, make arrangements to move, and WALLAH! You don't get the Town House but an apartment.



I have seen them multitudinous times act rude, nasty, and disrespectful toward fellow tenants with or without cause, over and over. They "don't know how to talk to people."



They can't pay their bills on time. Hall way lights/alarms have been shut off due to non-pay. Trash pickup/lawn services are delayed due to late payments.



They lock their office door, hide, and don't answer the phone!
