Every time I take my truck in, even for maintenance it always cost 4k because I get it back in worse condition than it was when I took it in. Seems funny, are they breaking stuff on purpose? Worst place ever! I learned my lesson, stay away from this shop!

Only 1 star because I could not rate their work worse! Failed to follow service bulletin instuctions for troubleshooting. I am a novice and had to instruct them on their job. Just terrible!

The slowest dealer I have been to in my life. They get annoyed when you call after three weeks trying to figure out where your truck is. Never again

Do yourself a favor and do not go here. Arrived at 8:30 and was told they would look at in 2 hours. Here it is 2:30 and they have not look at it yet. The service writer Brandon is very rude nad lied to me about getting it in.

Joe (service department) is extremely RUDE....

Jeff is the best parts guy they have, he's super knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. Overall great service. Will return.

2 weeks for repair. Called in everyday and was told a different STORY EVERY TIME. Customer service was a joke. Stayed at a nearby hotel was told by all staff members expect to be here a minimum of 4 days. Talked with 2 drivers that are back getting the work redone after repairs. Another 4 days. Stay as far away as you can.

i just paid $546 for an oil change
