Kansas Repertory Theatre is a fully professional resident theater company in Kansas City, Mo. Founded in 1964, The Rep is a nonprofit corporation producing up to seven main stage plays each season. It employs more than 250 professional artists, technicians and administrators. The Rep s mission is to serve the greater Kansas City area as one of the United State s leading resident professional theatres with productions that are diverse, literate and timely. Its mission also includes providing educational and outreach services for students and the community. With as many as 190 main stage performances, Kansas Repertory Theatre serves as many as 100,000 patrons annually.
