Established in 1916, the College of Osteopathic Medicine is affiliated with the Kansas University of Medicine and Biosciences. It is a medical school and enrolls more than 850 students in a four-year program. The first two years of the curriculum are classroom oriented and focus on the basic of the medical sciences.
