Featuring traditional Cajun dishes such as Gumbo, Boudin, and Jambalaya as well as our Kansas City fusion cuisine such Cajun Pizza, KC Fry, and our Cajun Pastas are all customer favorites. We offer a blend of traditional Cajun cuisine with fusion Midwest comfort food. At KC Cajun you can range from the non-spicy safe choice to Louisiana heat.
