These people bought a bunch of old credit card accounts recievable. My grandmother happened to be one of them. She owes $900.00 but was unable to pay the credit card company (Capitol One) because she had to use that money for HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE medication instead.



These people (Kramer & Frank) decided to buy a bunch of these old accounts and took them, and my grandmother, to small claims.



It turns out they will sieze her checking account now. (the balance is a wopping $132.00). Now she can't buy her medication and most likely pass on from lack of medication.



SHAME on these attorney's. They will get thier $900.00 of a very-very OLD debt, but, I will loose my grandmother.



People often wonder how much a human life is worth. I can say with 100% accuracy my grandmother is worth $900.00.
