Called Rosenberg to speak about a possible negligence case and their ability to provide the service. After a 39 minute phone conversation I was assured that we had a case with all the evidence etc that I have. My family has been through a rather expensive hell regarding the matter and have yet to return. Mr Rosenberg stated he would call back to schedule a meeting roughly 2 weeks later I had still heard nothing from his office. So naturally I called and left him a message and was assured he would return my call. I waited over a week again...still nothing. I called once more to ask if he wanted the case and if not I could find someone else. The receptionist apologized for his lack of follow through and lack of professionalism and assured me he would return my call. Now it's 2 days later and still nothing again. This office is quite flakey. Definitely would not hire. I do see their responses to negative reviews are quite defensive and unprofessional as well so I would expect nothing less regarding my review. I won't waste my time posting any response as I've stated the facts of my personal experience.

It was late Friday evening and I had just been involved in an accident. I called Mayer and Rosenberg expecting to leave a message but Mr. Rosenberg actually answered the phone. I explained what had just happened and he took the time right then to make sure I was not hurt and in need medical attention (I was only shaken up) and then he provided me with the information I needed to know to protect myself and more importantly to me, assured me he would be here for me during the entire process. This gave me a sense of relief knowing I had some help that is on my side. Thank you David Rosenberg and everyone at the Mayer & Rosenberg Law firm for your help. Pam

Cheated me of my settlement, now I owe money because of this firm. The accident wasn't my fault. I was rear-ended.

Worst Experience With David Rosenberg, he will make you sign a contact with him and not look at the best outcome for you the injured party, he is all talk and no action, I was rear ended and he wanted me to settle for 500 dollars after all my hospital bills and his fees. Save yourself time and look for a lawyer with the best interest of their Client. I have gotten many other professional lawyers opinions about the work that he "did" for me and they were truly disgusted at his disservice.
