They were supposed to tow my 350z that was wrecked from Gladstone MO to Topeka ks on 6/28/2017 at the last minute the driver called and canceled because he had to clock out. So we set up the tow for 06/29/2017 at 4pm. Now through the owner of the shop I found out the Mel's came, grabbed the key then said "I ain't towin' that" and left. I have called the tow truck driver several times and get forwarded to voicemail after a few rings. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.

My starter quit on me , I was stuck in Englewood park , the driver went above and beyond getting my sportage home , he was very friendly , and towed it the easiest way possible my only regret was I am broke after three weeks vacation and had no money for a big tip , he really deserved a big tip , I would highly recommend

Mel's Tow was great to me this morning service-wise. Tom got me out of a tight spot after a wreck and stayed with me until the body shop opened. Then he even gave me a lift home. Thanks for going above and beyond!
