Provided by YP.comI have danced at MDSOD for 9 years, and it is one of the best and the most caring places ever. I am a competition dancer and am proud to say that all of the teachers, students, and staff have shaped me into who I am today. I love Ms. Dianna's and recommend you to go also. For not only do you learn how to dance, but you also learn how to be a well-rounded person.

Provided by YPmobileI loved coming here as a kid! I loved the teachers too. I remember something they always taught was to never give up and never say you can't do something. That has stuck with me for 20+ years now! I dont have children now but when I do they will definitely be going here!

Provided by YPmobileI have found that there are other dance schools in the area that cost less, however when you go to the studio at Miss Diana School of Dance it is run down and overcrowded. There's 5 classes going on at once and it sounds like herds of elephants coming down on you. Miss diana is not the teacher for the class, its a younger student. It's taking a full year to learn one dance for the recital while my friends kids are performing Christmas programs with dances from other dance studios. They spend about 9 minutes on tap, 10 minutes on ballet, and then switch teachers to go upstairs and do tumbling for 30 minutes. One of the teachers is 13 years old and acts like it. They are nice there and allow for weekly parent viewing (if you can find a spot) which is why I gave them 2 stars.

Provided by YPmobileAs one of the cheapest options North of the River, Miss Dianna's is well worth the money. My child is 5 and has danced there for 2 years. My daughter has some special needs (anxiety, sensory issues & ADHD) and there could not be anyone more understanding and patient than Miss Dianna. I have watched my daughter bloom into a dancer and, even more important, she has learned patience, how to take turns, and how to listen. I have watched her to become more confident with their encouragement & this year she is already learning that the best way to get better at anything is to practice. In short, Miss Dianna's delivers successful dancers and, from what I've seen, successful people.
