im sure the drs are great but the office ladies are absolutely atrocious. as a newer north kansas city employee i felt more comfortable delivering closer to home than my previous ob would do so when i informed this group that i would like to switch obs to deliver at NKC they transferred me to linda. I left a voicemail for her and didnt hear anything back FOR SIX WEEKS. finally i called back and linda informed me that they wouldnt even take me as a patient because i was "too far along" well linda. thankyou for denying me medical care. I will be sure to let any and everybody know what a rude person you are and how disappointed i am with the unprofessionalism of this group. especially seeing as i deal with patients every day. i will have nothing nice to say whatsoever and recommend any group BUT this one.

After having many issues with doctors and trouble with periods this doctors office has the only place that seemed to listen. Great staff, great doctor, very concerned and willing to listen. With any of the problems I was having.

I have been seeing Dr. Riojas for years. This office and their staff have always been caring, have always explained thoroughly all of my care and reasons for being done. Dr. Riojas was great at explaining different options to me . I also went through a surgury with him and my care before during and after was excellent. His office staff have always been caring and professional. I could not recommend them enough if you are looking for an office you can trust with your care. Thank you so much Dr. Riojas. You and your staff are the best.

This group is the MOST unprofessional 'medical' organization I have EVER encountered. I was a patient for 4 years prior to finally getting pregnant (after 11 years)!!! My doctor -- the ONLY female doctor at the time (Women's Clinic?) - flagged several issues at my initial visit. What a fiasco... Long story short... The doctors and the staff didn't seem to communicate nor work well together. Important details went unnoticed and we had to stay on top of things for them. The staff was beyond rude, had no tolerance for questions, had a patronizing attitude regarding issues THEY flagged (my first pregnancy-they charged me as if they were the professionals?!) and was overall amazingly uninformed. I left the practice several months into the pregnancy and went to Women's Care PC, where 2 midwives (Jeanie and Terrah)coached me thru 14 hours of labor (they did NOT leave me alone the entire time) and delivered at Shawnee Mission Medical Center where their level 3 nicu prevented me from having to chase my newborn to childrens mercy after having a c-sect delivery. They went to EXORBERANT lengths to help me to continue breastfeeding despite a baby failing in NICU. I'd stay away from Myers, Fitch...
