Central Services, as NCM Associates was known as in 1947, began as a way to manage the automotive dealerships in Kansas City, Mo. As time passed, the company recognized the need of its customers to gather information about how dealers outside the Kansas City area were doing business. It then developed a process that enabled dealerships from throughout the country to exchange ideas, experiences and knowledge. This process became known as the 20 Group concept. The name of the company was then changed to Nichols, Campbell & Morrow to honor the three individuals who engineered the concept. With nearly 60 years of experience with 20 Groups, NCM has compiled one of the automotive industry's most comprehensive databases of dealer information. Products and services include benchmark products, compliance, dealership valuations, profit solutions, and mergers and acquisitions. NCM Associates is located in Overland Park, Kan.
