This company was contracted out by a private business to provide security for 5 facility's. After one year of consistent service these are a few of the issues we have encountered.

Office is unorganized and untimely
Almost all of the officers show up late to facility's .
Officers have had multiple complaints of sexual advancement to facility workers and the owner of NKCBI has been made aware of the situation and continues to do nothing.
Officers sleeping, the owner of NKCBI has been made aware of the situation and continues to do nothing.
Facility managers have to ask multiple times for NKCBI to finally get things done.
Inconsistent policy's that seem to change at the will of NKCBI director Bob Allen

All in all i would say money would be better spent getting a dog for each facility and invest in training for said dog. You will be much happier with your purchase.

Lazy as hell. Can't get out of a vehicle and check. They love to use flood lights to light up your windows. Fat and old lazy asses.
