Provided by YP.comThey misled me about the location where I would be seen. When I called to discuss, I was treated so poorly.

Provided by YPmobileI've been seeing them for my knees for a couple of months now. They are a wonderful group of physical therapists. They manage to remain personable and professional simultaneously. PT is an awkward enough activity to engage in, so it's nice to have such helpful people and nice facilities. Would recommend!

Provided by YP.comAs a stroke survivor, I attended - two of my six, scheduled sessions at the Northland Physical Therapy & Rehab Center. After completing a thorough consultation by Megan Theilling, PTA, I was scheduled for a 45-minute, "aqua-therapy session, under the supervision of Jenifer Dixon, PTA. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff there - to include "front office representative, Yashira. They all were professional & friendly! My wife & I are looking forward to a long and positive relationship with "NPT & R.

Provided by YP.comWell, guess I will be back to NLPT again...I recently fell and broke my foot and before I could get released from the foot doctor I fell and landed on my head. Now I'm seeing a plastic surgeon. You see I am partially paralyzed on my right side due to a brain tumor, which I might add was noted by Katie my Northland PT therapist. Yes, she is my guardian angel who noticed I wasn't getting better, but getting worse. I was getting PT from a neck fusion surgery but kept dragging my leg. Who would of thought that all this time I had a brain tumor and was getting worse. Katie had been through so much with me that she recommended that I go back to my primary care doctor, as maybe we weren't looking out side of the box...she was so concerned but never did she scare me or let me know that something more was wrong. She really cared about me. Once the doctor diagnosed it we immediately did surgery but then the paralysis. That is where all the really hard work started. Again Katie and the other therapists came to the rescue. My life may have changed forever, but I never doubted that whatever the out come, that they wouldn't give me the best care around. Yes, there is probably other therapists, but I have recommended them to many others and never have they disappointed me. My life will never be the same and I will continue to use their services for as long as my life allows me to go there. But, I will be eternally grateful to Frank, Katie and all the staff for what they have and continue to do for me. Thank you for allowing me to share my story.

Provided by YP.comIf you want to have bad feelings about physical therapy, this is definitely the place to go.

Provided by YP.comEven if you cancel an appointment with Northland Physical Therapy - you will be charged for it! I have never in my life had an appointment with anyone that I did not call and cancel if I wasn't able to make it. I was sick one day and couldn't make an appointment and had to work late one day and couldn't make another appointment. As soon as I was aware that I was not going to be able to make these appointments, I called to cancel. They put in their records that I was a "no show" on these two occasions! Obviously, I have no proof that I called so it is their word against mine. There was one instance when I had an appointment with Northland Physical Therapy and I showed up only to be told they didn't have me down as having an appointment! I have never had this problem with anyone! I responded to their statements for this $50.00 charge that I did not owe them anything because I had cancelled the appointments only to receive more statements. After receiving a letter that they would be turning it in to the Credit Bureau, I talked to Millie Pernice, and was told that they were "standing by the charges." It's a sad day when a company can charge $3,311.00 for therapy and feel like they have to lie to make another $50! Unfortunately, it's not worth messing up my credit for $50!
