Do NOT live in these apartments. I've lived here for the better part of a year, and it has been messed up. Bugs, weird electrical issues, dysfunctional heating/cooling, bad water problems, you name it, this apartment has had it or had it broken since I got here.



Since I've moved in, this is what has been wrong with my apartment:



Broken AC that went unfixed for three months in the fall

Pests include - cockroaches, bedbugs (this one is really awful, they cannot afford to treat it, so we are having to make do on our own), spiders, mice, a snake, etc.

$150+ utility bills in the winter for a one bedroom apartment when we barely ran the heat, I suspect mine is linked with other peoples' apartments

Several incidences of busted pipes in the winter, had to go days without showering/no water intermittently during this time

Repairs take forever, if you get them at all (although new managements seems to be trying to change this)



Do NOT live here. The location is great, the rent is cheap, the people are nice, but this apartment complex has been seriously neglected.
