Don't do any business with this company!!!! I trusted them with some of my properties and I've had nothing but problems with them. They collected rents in Dec and Jan that I still haven't been paid to me. Michelle Anderson is a fake and can't do proper statements and even keep track of when rents were paid. She has tried to pocket $100 in security deposit a tenant paid in cash. We caught her. I currently have hired a lawyer and we have submitted a complaint to the Missouri Real Estate Commission. We are trying hard to get their license supended or revoted. Please help us if you are a victim...email me at [email protected]
