Provided by YP.comTheir covers are garbage and they won't stand behind their warranty. Paid extra for a double wrapped vapor barrier only to discover 2 years later that there were micro holes that slowly took on water over time. Poor customer service, and even worse product.

Provided by YP.comThis company made our spa cover which is too large for our spa and now they won't do anything about it. We keep getting the run around. The owner was also very rude. When spending $400+ on something, you don't want to gamble on this company. Check the internet under SpaMate.com and SpaCoverBuyDirect.com (they are all the same company as Panorama Cabana) and you will see that we aren't the only customers that feel this way. Do your homework and avoid the situation we are now in. Stay away from this company!

Provided by YP.comWhen spending in excess of $400, you want to be sure that you are working with a credible company. Panorama Cabana (AKA Spa Mate and SpaCoverBuyDirect.com) is friendly and helpful making a sale but after the sale, forget it. Our spa cover was custom made but arrived 5 inches too large. The owner of this company is rude and will not do anything about it. After taking tons of photos and spending almost 5 hours on the phone, all he says is his company has been in business for over 30 years and has NEVER had a cover not fit. Oh, come on . . . not once???? He leaves us no alternative than to spread the word. This is a very disreputable company. Stay clear of it or you may find yourself in our situation . . . owning an unusable spa cover and having our pockets picked clean of over $450. BUYER BEWARE!

Provided by YP.comWe have a spa cover from SPA COVER BUY DIRECT, and it is still under warranty. The company has come up with several different excusses not to honor the warranty. They have a low quality item, that will not last 5 years, but they offer a 5 year warranty.
Our previous cover lasted 12 years. You get what you pay for. The factory cover was a HOTSPRINGS cover, that was superior. We wasked if they would fix the rotted stitching, but they refused. Once they have your money, they could care less.
