I called 30 mins in advance to ask if I can be late or make an apportionment for later on the day and she said well If you're late i can't guarantee she'll finish your service and she can't do anything for later not til next week so I said ok forget it . Then she called me back and left a massage to say I was being charged 50% of the service off my credit card even though I didn't have any service . Because that's " the policy" but usually they tell you in advance and I was only told they hold the credit card just to make the appointment, not to charge if you cancel which a lot of places do but let it know in advance .

this is the best managed salon in kansas city and you will not find more experienced stylist i HIGHLY recomend it
