Awesome customer service from, I think the assistant manager, Keira Smith. I came in during the Christmas season and although the store was very crowded, she gave me the attention I needed. She helped me with the different items I was looking at and ultimately, I purchased three things. Additionally, it was my first time buying from a pawn shop, so I had huge reservations. But I have to admit, being greeted by Ms. Smith and talking with her, she made my experience great and I will do it again!

If you are interested in a layaway from this place I would say to not do it. I should have read what I signed. If you do not make your payment they not only pull the layaway but they also keep any payments you make. They are a ripoff!
