Timberlake Care Center, located in Kansas City, Mo., offers a range of services for the elderly. It offers health care and assists residents with a variety of medical conditions, including diabetes, broken hip, kidney disease, renal disease, cancer, heart disease, cognitive impairments and other ailments. It also provides mobile lab and X-ray services, and residents are offered a handicapped-accessible bus for area hospital or doctor appointments. Nursing care is provided for a variety of medical conditions and individualized care is provided based on the needs of each resident. Resident care needs range from those who need minimal assistance with daily living activities to those with acute health care problems. The center also offers rehabilitative services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy.

Our dad has been there about 7 months. He has alzheimer's and is very forgetful. The staff is very nice to him and are always friendly and helpful. The few problems we've encountered have been solved with just a phone call. They have many different activities to choose from. We would highly recommend them for long-term care or rehab.
