As a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, the mission of the Urban Communities Development Corporation (UCDC) is to facilitate the re-development of urban areas with newly built, high quality, affordable, single family homes for low to moderate income families. UCDC provides a conduit between developers and families in revitalizing communities through "gap" development funding, and home buyer assistance programs(down payment/closing costs assistance, home ownership training and financial counseling).
