This is a fraud and cheat company. As long as ones returns are not questioned by the Dept of Revenue/IRS, they will answer the calls and questions, the moment a notice is received they stop responding. I had to hire another tax consultant and pay penalty/interest because of this company. Don't be trapped especially when the govt depts are involved.
