Big mistake on my part by picking these guys out of the phonebook and not digging deeper. I live in a condo on the second floor, my shower drain was leaking into my neighbors ceiling. I had the plumber come out (nice guy) and he cut out the drywall, repaired the problem, then less then a year later (after already paying someone to repair the neighbors ceiling, since they don't do drywall repair and painting), SAME problem. Called Action to come out to inspect and a different plumber (nice enough guy) found that the whomever had done the repairs before had overtightened the pipe and it cracked. When he asked who did the repairs before (he was not aware his company was involved), I advised him that Action did it, he then said that it must be a defective part and laughed.



I called after the plumbing repairs were completed and talked to the receptionist and advised her that even though the repairs were "re-work" and I shouldn't be billed, I still wanted some paperwork to show that it was completed. She said that the owner would need to talk to the second plumber to see what the issue was. Sure enough, I get a bill in the mail for the repairs (they were kind enough to give me a discount of 25% off the labor). Then there is still the issue of having to repair and repaint my neighbors ceiling again.



I understand that accidents happen, but receiving the bill was a blatant slap in the face. I also read online about a couple of other bad reviews, but I made the mistake of giving them a chance....PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Completely unreliable, non-responsive company. They came one time and left the job site messy without fixing a broken bath tub pipe, probably even cracked the pipe more by overtightening the bath tub drain flange. Called the company for two weeks daily, but I was entirely ignored. They had every excuse imaginable, and-they never came back. By all means, avoid this company.
