Poor customer service upon business hours when they don't answer their phone. No excuse for poor business.

They never ever ever answer there phone, I even got hanged up on a few times. Why have this number when we can't simply call to ask questions, No they want us to go down in person, wait in the long lines for a long period of time... Just to get some answers!!! Sucks!!!

Never answer their phone ever ever ever! I seriously need to use several swear words to describe how bad they are. They say to call for telephone interview and then never pick up. I'm going to sue them. Serious negligence over there. Why care about poor people, right? Jerks.
